Home of 19 National Championship Titles
Cheer & Dance Express has competition teams for various ages, levels, and time commitments. We understand that a lot of our students are involved in many activities and cheer and dance are just some of the
m. Our program offers different types of competition groups to meet the needs of those athletes
who wish to be involved in many activities and for the athletes who wish to dedicate most of their time to their dance or cheer training. The dance groups also allow the dancers to compete in their preferred styles of dance whether it be Jazz, Hip Hop or Pom. Our program also offers two types of competitive cheerleading, Regional Teams (only compete in Nebraska and 1 out of state competition in South Dakota) and National Traveling Teams that attend a few more out of state competitions. We feel that by allowing our students to compete in their preferred styles of dance or cheer, and their preferred levels of commitment, they will get the most out of their cheer and dance training and be with those that have the same amount of dedication. We want our dancers and cheerleaders to be able to be a high school cheerleader, soccer player, etc. and also be able to still enjoy dance and All-Star Cheer one or two days a week. But we also have serious dancers and cheerleaders who wish to do nothing but dance or cheer and we want to be able to challenge them in a class where
they progress rapidly. Whether you are a beginning student wanting to get involved in a competition team or a highly experienced athlete, we have a team for you! We offer teams of many different levels for each age group so that everyone can find a place on one of our award winning teams!
