Celebrating our 14th season, Cheer & Dance Express provides quality cheer, dance, and tumbling training in a positive and fun environment for ages 3 through high school. Our program offers all types of instruction throughout the year including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop, Dance Team, Cheerleading, Co-Ed Stunting, and Tumbling for Cheerleaders, offered at all levels from beginning to advanced. We offer many recreational classes, along with a large cheerleading and dance competition program. Our competition teams perform and compete at numerous events in Nebraska and the surrounding states throughout the year.
Cheer & Dance Express prides itself not only on developing talented, cheerleaders and dancers, but by emphasizing the importance of being a good person in all areas of their lives. The goal of Cheer & Dance Express is for all of our students to reach their full potential, gain confidence, and self-discipline, all in a fun and safe environment.
